Baked turkey breast
Instructions
Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan, lay the slices of meat and cook for 8 minutes, turning and adjusting of salt.
Grease a baking dish with the remaining butter and use the bottom with the ham slices: 4 now lay meat slices and half the fontina cheese, diced.
You still a layer of slices of Turkey and fontina.
Wet with wine and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 4 slices of ham
- 200 g of fontina cheese
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 60 g of butter
