Turkey breast with cheese
Instructions
Bear in bathroom 10 minutes breast slices in beaten egg with a little salt, then put them in the breadcrumbs.
Cook in plenty of butter, about a quarter of an hour.
Place them in a buttered baking dish, place on each slice of ham, sprinkle with cheese and keep in oven just enough to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately.
