Liver in saor
Instructions
Put the liver in 1 pot with cold water, onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf 1.
Simmer for an hour; leave to cool in the pan.
Let wither the thinly sliced onion in a glass of oil; gradually add vinegar, raisins in warm water and pine nuts.
Turn off and let it sit.
Cut liver slices of 1 cm.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated ginger and switch them with the onions.

- 1 piece of 1000 calf liver g
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 2000 g of white onions
- 100 g of sultanas
- 100 g of pine nuts
- Fresh ginger
- 50 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
