Breaded liver with balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Beat the eggs, flavour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pass the liver slices in the flour, then in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
FRY briefly in olive oil.
Retire with the paddle broken, place them on the serving dish and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar (just a dozen drops).
Serve immediately.

- 8 slices of calf liver
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 10 drops of balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Olive oil
