Liver in paesana
Instructions
Prepare chopped parsley, garlic and bacon.
Slice the onions and cut into strips the liver.
Saute the chopped butter, then add the onions and let them dry.
Add the liver and sifted flour.
Mix well, add 1 glass of wine and season with pepper and nutmeg.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often and salt when cooked.
