Liver with lemon
Instructions
Saute the slices of liver with the oil and butter; then remove them from the container.
Add the lemon juice to the sauce, along with the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Mix well and pepper.
Put the liver in the Pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of sliced calf's liver
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 lemons
- Chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
