Turkey livers To white grapes
Instructions
Clean and wash the livers, season over a medium heat for a few minutes, and with about 40 g of butter, then spray them with four tablespoons of vinegar; do slightly reduce the sauce, add salt, remove from heat.
In another saucepan melt 30 g butter and insaporitevi the grapes for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add grapes and chicken livers, sprinkle with wine, evaporate in focus.
Add salt, pepper and mix with 2 tablespoons cream.
Let heat and serve.
