Brandy livers
Instructions
Passed the livers in beaten egg, to which you have added a little salt, then chopped the onion and Brown in butter and oil.
When it is browned, add the fried livers and turn them over until they are golden.
At this point add the brandy and let them flavor until the latter will be evaporated and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of chicken livers
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- == 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
