Handkerchiefs with melon
Instructions
Cut in half a ripe melon.
remove the seeds and cut into tool so many balls of flesh as there are slices of beef carpaccio (beef or beef) you have available; place the slices of meat on a cutting board and put in the center of each melon ball; wrap each ball with strips of flesh remained free and bound dumplings with chive threads, well washed and dried.
