Gypsy bean
Instructions
Chop the onion and Brown it in olive oil, add the tomatoes peeled and sliced.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, over low heat in saucepan.
Wash the peppers, cut into strips, remove the seeds and inner strands, slice them up in thin battens and add them to the rest.
Cook for a few minutes, then add a ladle of broth, beans, Basil and ground pepper.
Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Served piping hot.

- 800 g of fave grainy
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Some leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
