Instructions
Put to soak the beans for at least 12 hours in lukewarm water.
In a Pan fry in oil before the chopped Bacon and smell, then the sausage and the pork.
Pour in the broth, add the peeled Fava Beans and fennel and bring to low heat cooking.
Before serving, add salt and pepper.

- 300 g of dried beans
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of chopped bacon with 1 small onion and 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- Some leaves of sage
- Some leaves of mint

- 150 g of sausage
