Farro and beans
Instructions
Simmer the farro for half an hour in salted water.
Drain, stops cooking under cold water and let it dry by distributing it on a cloth.
Remove the tips to green beans, cut them into pieces and boil them for 5 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into four parts.
In a bowl put the farro, beans and tomatoes, black olives, basil, garlic, pepper and season with salt and oil.
Stir and serve.

- 200 g of spelt
- 150 g of green beans
- 150 g of cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of black olives
- Basil leaves
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Hot pepper
- Salt
