Instructions
Put the water in a bowl and pour the flour rain stirring with a whisk.
Add salt and stir to avoid lumps.
Let stand for 2-4 hours.
Remove the foam formed and combine the oil, stir.
Generously grease a baking dish about tinned copper 40 cm in diameter and pour the batter for the thickness of 1 cm or less and take a last mixed.
Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with pepper, or, fresh rosemary or fresh onions, or extreme delicacy, sprinkled with fresh whitebait.
