Pink butterflies
Instructions
Put to cook the pasta and when cooked, dress with cream to which you've added half an ounce of grated Parmesan, a pinch of pepper (if you like the rich flavor) and a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce.
Having downed the butterflies, throw those hands in the sauce pan and let it go for a few minutes to fire moderatissimo, so that the dough is evenly seasoned.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of type paste butterflies
- A few tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 pack of cream
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (optional)
