Apricot daiquiri
Instructions
Pour the first 4 ingredients in a blender with a few tablespoons of crushed ice.
Set in motion at high speed for 1 minute to obtain a soft foam.
Pour into a Cup.
Garnish with 1 piece of apricot, candied cherries 1 and 1 sprig of fresh mint.

- 2/5 rum
- 2/5 lemon juice
- 1/5 apricot liqueur
- 3 ripe apricots without stones
- To decorate:
- 1 piece of apricot
- 1 candied cherries
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
