Butterflies to sardines
Instructions
Chop the spring onion, a bit of celery, the garlic and add everything in a pan where you did heat some oil, add a sprig of parsley, and sardines without bones fillet, add salt and pepper.

Apart from Cook the pasta in salted water to a boil; half-cooked put potatoes cut into small cubes.
Drain, dress with the sauce of sardines and serve immediately.

- 800 g of sarde
- 1 cipollina
- 1 stalk of celery
