Farfalle with smoked bacon
Instructions
In a saucepan heat a tablespoon oil, saucepan, heat the bacon cut into cubes and chopped red pepper.

Meanwhile, bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi the butterflies.
Drain nicely al dente, pour in the sauce pan and let stand for half a minute, stirring.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
