Farfalle with salmon
Instructions
Slice peeled shallots and let them dry in a large pan with the butter, pour the whiskeys, combine the cream, salt and pepper, after a few minutes add the chopped salmon into strips and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, season it with the prepared sauce and serve.

- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 150 g of cream
- 40 g of butter
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 cup of whisky
