Guinea fowl with vegetables
Instructions
Wash and cut into large chunks the cabbage; put it in a pan with a tablespoon of lard, 1 glass of water, salt, pepper, bouquet of herbs, onions and carrots.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Clean the Guinea fowl and let it Brown on the stove for 20 minutes; then put it in a pan with the mixture and add the sausage, cut into pieces and cut the bacon into strips, add salt and cook for 1 hour and a half.
