Fancy apples
Instructions
Cut apples slices after removing the core.
Arrange, overlapping slightly, in a baking dish greased with butter.
Sprinkle with rum and sprinkle with sugar, cover with aluminum foil and put them in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes.
Blend the raspberries with the juice of 1/2 lemon and honey.
Pour this puree on the apples and put them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Decorate the apples cold with whipped cream with icing sugar.
