Falafel
Instructions
Drain the chickpeas and toss to blend.
Put the Chickpea Puree in a blender and add 1 teaspoon of cumin and coriander, 1 garlic, a pinch of cayenne pepper, parsley, onion, salt and pepper and mix everything.
Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes, then form into meatballs and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of canned chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 scallion
- 1 == Pto cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- Abundant of olive oil
- Parsley
