Instructions
The amount proposed by the recipe are enough to prepare for a double "crust" of pasta.
Peel the apples, cut them into thin, sprinkling with a cup and a half of lemon juice.
Mix a cup of sugar, one tablespoon of flour, a pinch of nutmeg, and a half teaspoon of cinnamon.
Merge to apples.
Let rest while you prepare the noodles: If you prefer, you can also let it sit all night.
Line a baking pan with half of the dough, put apples, making a pile in the middle.
Pour the lemon juice.
Sprinkle with pieces of butter or margarine.
Put the "crust", cropping a drawing in the middle.
Seal the two discs.
Brush the top with milk (or cream) and dust with sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes in hot oven.
Reduce heat and cook for at least 40 minutes.

- 8 apples
- 2 cups of lemon juice
