Boil the beans, drain, cool them and put them in a bowl.
To firm up the eggs, shell them, crush the egg yolks and dilute them with lemon juice and olive oil, then add the parsley and Chervil, chopped, salt and pepper.
Season the beans with this sauce and serve.
