Radicchio dumplings
Instructions
Peel and wash the radicchio.
Chop coarsely and let dry to fresh fire for a few minutes in a pan with a knob of butter.
Add salt and pepper and turn off.
Thaw the dough, roll out thin and cut into to browse many diskettes.
Cut the quartirolo cheese into thin slices and truffles.
Place in the center of each disk of dough a little radicchio, over lay two slices of cheese and a truffle.
Close to parcel and brush the surface with beaten egg yolk.
Place dumplings on a buttered and lightly browned in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 80 g of quartirolo cheese
- 2 heads of radicchio di verona
- 1 small white truffle
- Butter
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
