Instructions
To thaw the pastry, then roll out with a rolling pin into thin strips 1.
With the help of 1 or 1 glass mold to obtain diskettes of 8 cm in diameter.
Rattle off the dates, cut into small cubes and sauté in butter.
Let them cool and then try placing 1 spoonful on each disk.
Fold in half to form the ravioli and pressing edges to close.
Let them FRY in hot oil until they are golden on 2 sides.
Pat dry with paper towels before serving.
