Delicious dumplings
Instructions
Work the butter for a few minutes, then add the parsley, a pinch of salt and a few drops lemon juice.
Arrange the slices of meat on a cutting board and roll out in half a teaspoon of butter with parsley.
Fold the side flaps forming parcels.
Pass them in beaten egg and slightly salty, and then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry them in plenty of hot oil.

- 8 slices of veal breast
- 60 g of butter
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- A Few Drops Lemon =
- Frying oil
- Salt
