Nutella Dumplings (Fagottini Alla Nutella)
Instructions
Place the flour on a work surface.
Put in the sugar, olive oil, a pinch of salt and the Marsala.
Knead vigorously.
Roll out the pastry and cut into discs of approximately 8 cm in diameter.
Put in the middle of each disc a teaspoon of Nutella and folded the disk in half.
Press with your fingers the two layers of dough so that the stuffing doesn't come out during cooking.
Grease a baking sheet, sprinkle dumplings and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
