Cheese Dumplings (Fagottini al Formaggio)
Instructions
Thaw the dough.
Prepare the stuffing: Crush the cheese with a fork and add a beaten egg with the parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir with wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
Roll out the dough thin, cut squares of about 10 cm to the side and suddividervi the mixture.
Close the dough to dumplings, brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 500 g of pizza dough
- 250 g of quartirolo cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
