Green and yellow beans
Instructions
Clean and wash the beans and Greens.
Peel the tomatoes, give them the seeds and chop coarsely.
Slice the onion and crushed garlic.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, let Cook the onion, then add the tomatoes, green beans, garlic and chopped parsley.
Wet with white wine, salt and pepper.
Cook, covered, for a half-hour.
Served hot or cold.

- 400 g of green beans
- 400 g of yellow beans
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
