Green beans with walnut sauce
Instructions
Boil in salted water 500 g of green beans.
Drain them and arrange them, still hot, on a dish lined with thin slices of red onion, raw.
Let simmer for a few minutes a glass of broth of meat, a little finely chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic minced, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 pinch of salt and 120 g coarsely chopped walnuts.
Pour the hot sauce over the beans and serve.

- 500 g of green beans
- Some slices of raw red onion
- 1 glass of meat broth
