Green beans in Garlic Sauce
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water until al dente, drain and place on serving dish.
Prepare the garlic sauce crushing two cloves in the mortar and incorporating oil gradually until you obtain a creamy smooth and compact.
Add a handful of breadcrumbs soaked in vinegar, add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the warm beans.
Serve.

- 300 g of green beans
- Garlic
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
