Red beans
Instructions
Cook the beans in salted water for 25 minutes.
Braise onion and garlic in oil, add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and after 5 minutes, the pepper into strips.
Cook over moderate heat for 15 minutes, then remove from heat, let cool then mix everything together and put the sauce in the pan.
Arrange the beans well drained, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
