Sweet and sour green beans
Instructions
Clean, wash and boil 600 g.
of green beans.
Drain and cut into small pieces.
Join us in an onion and a clove of garlic chopped and fried in a spoonful of lard.
Season with salt, paprika and a tablespoon of sugar.
Stir and sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour.
Stir again and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and a glass of cream.
To thicken the sauce and serve.

- 1 tablespoon of lard
- Salt
- Paprika
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 glass of cream
