Sesame glazed green beans
Instructions
Boil the beans in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain them and put them aside.
Peel the onions, cut them into very thin slices and slightly brown in a pan where you left melt the butter.
When they are wilted, add the filtered juice of lemon and some grated.
Stir, add the beans, add salt and pepper, Cook for 10 minutes.
Arrange the beans on a serving dish and sprinkle with a tablespoon of sesame seeds toasted in oven previously made for a few minutes.
Sprayed the whole thing with spilled oil, stir and serve.

- 600 g of green beans
- 30 g of butter
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
