Green beans and mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms slightly and putting them raschiandoli, they are cleaned in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Boil for 6-7 minutes, draining the beans.
Put the fire in a pan, the oil with the garlic and when this will unite the golden mushrooms sliced and after 10 minutes the beans.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and thyme finishing cooking.

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of thyme
