Country green beans
Instructions
Boil the beans and drain.
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil and add garlic and onion finely sliced and when it dried join Bacon strips.
Add the beans and seasoning, salt, pepper and, if necessary, add a few tablespoons of broth.
When cooked, pour into saucepan 2 tablespoons of vinegar and let it evaporate, stirring.
Finish with chopped parsley.

- 450 g of green beans novelli
- 100 g of bacon sliced
- 1 onion
