Green beans with olives
Instructions
Boil the beans for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, blow them up in a pan for 5 minutes with oil, butter and chopped garlic and onion, add the olives pitted and cut into threads and the Gruyere.
Cover, turn off the heat and allow to melt the cheese and serve.

- 450 g of green beans
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 black olives
- 2 handfuls of grated emmenthal cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
