Green beans at pollastrina
Instructions
Boil the green beans.
Melt the butter and the flour stemperarvi, just dilute with 3 golden spoons of broth.
Combine the beans and sauce making them stand for a few minutes.
Should the fire, stir in the egg yolks, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Let thicken just the yolks and serve with slices of bread.

- 400 g of frozen green beans
- 80 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of broth
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Salt
- Bread croutons fried in butter
