Ligurian beans
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water to a boil without covering the pot.
Drain them, collect them in a salad bowl with pine nuts.
In a bowl diluted ten centimeters of anchovy paste with vinegar, then add the oil, stir, and serve with the salad sauce.
Sprinkle mint leaves and serve.
