Gratinated beans
Instructions
Be soaked in water for a whole night the beans.
Then cook them in cold water with herbs, a pinch of salt and some pepper.
After cooking, drain, leaving aside a little cooking water, and put them in a pan with the butter, breadcrumbs, a little oil and the cooking water.
Let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of white beans
- Herbs
- 500 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 thread of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper
