White beans with chives
Instructions
Boil the beans by dipping them in a little cold water after they have been kept for 12 hours.
To 4/5 of cooking combine whole garlic clove and salt.
Arrange the beans with 1 tablespoon of water in individual plates, sprinkle with thinly sliced onion.
Drizzle with olive oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar even better if traditional and, if desired, and pepper.

- 1 tropea onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Few drops of balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
