Beans with cream sauce
Instructions
Leave to soak the beans in cold water for 24 hours.
Then cook for 20 minutes in the water with the parsley.
Then add the pepper and simmer for 45 minutes.
Drain the beans and put them in a pan with half of the cream jar; simmer stirring well.
Finished cooking put the beans in a tray, cover with the remaining cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 1 jar of cooking cream
- Chopped parsley
