Fried beans
Instructions
Boil the beans with bay leaf, celery and onion studded with cloves.
Add salt after cooking.
Drain the beans by removing odors.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the beans.
Get them on low heat and Add pepper.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice, chopped parsley and basil and season with salt.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
