Pheasant with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the pheasant, salatatelo and pepatelo internally, wrap with slices of bacon, place it in a pan with oil and let Brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with a little brandy, evaporate, so salt and cook in the oven at 230° c for half an hour.
Remove the slices of bacon and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and slice them up, Cook in oil flavored with the garlic, Cook for 20 minutes, add the chopped parsley, salt.
Served the pheasant pieces surrounded with fungi.
