Erwtensoep
Instructions
Let soak peas in water and then boil them together with the leg, the ear and the bacon.
Bake for one hour at moderate heat.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, chopped celery, peeled and slice the onion and cut the leek into rings, after clean.
Add vegetables to the soup, seasoned with salt and after 40 minutes of cooking add the sausages cut into disks.
Bring to a boil and then lower the boil and remove from heat.
This soup can also be consumed a few days after being prepared.

- 250 g of dried peas
- 1 pig's feet
- 1 pig's ear
- 150 g of bacon
- 2 frankfurters
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- Salt
- 1 leek
