Elixir of rose
Instructions
After choosing the most fragrant rose petals of your garden, place them in a mortar with a handful of sugar and pestatele until you have a dough that are going to soak for about ten days in a tightly closed glass jar, in which you can also add alcohol.
During this period you care to stir moderately once a day the vessel with its contents.
After the prescribed time add water and remaining sugar.
Let macerate in the jar for a week, stirring every once in a while and, after this time, filtered for canvas, bottled and capped with sealing wax and Cork.
Wait at least two months before consuming this Elixir.

- 15 g of rose petals
- 400 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 350 g of sugar
- 350 g of water
