Elixir coffee
Instructions
In an air-tight jar put to marinate for 3-4 days the vanilla with alcohol.
Prepare an infusion with coffee adding water until you reach the 500 g and dissolve in sugar repeatedly lumping together well.
The filtered macerate and simultaneously add the rest of ingredients.
Let it sit a day, filtered and bottled.
This will consume liquor at very low doses as invigorating.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of moka ground coffee
- 2 slats of vanilla
- 500 g of sugar
- 250 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- Water
