Cheese doratini
Instructions
Cut the cheese in slices, square or rectangular high about half a centimetre, liberatele from the crust and flour them lightly.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and soak the slices of cheese.
Then put them in the breadcrumbs and rigiratele several times so that the Breading adheres well.
