Almond pastries
Instructions
Christmas recipe.
On a sift the flour and baking powder.
Add the sugar, ground almonds, egg yolks, butter and lemon zest.
Knead quickly and formed a ball.
Wrap it in wax paper and let stand for about 30 minutes to cool.
Formed balls a bit squashed and put them in the egg whites whipped, not fitted.
Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper and decoratele with almonds, blanched and peeled pistachio nuts, pine nuts.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of flour
- 70 g of minced almonds
- 80 g of sugar
- 140 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg whites
- Almonds
- For garnishing:
- Pistachios
- Pine nuts
