Fried delights of grace
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk and let Cook the rice to saucepan covered until completely absorbed.
Combine the sugar and let cool.
Stir in rice, apples, peeled and cut into cubes, flour, cocoa and 2 tablespoons rum.
Heat the oil and then the mixture spoon and FRY on both sides.
When the pancakes are golden, remove the meat from the fire, dry them with kitchen paper and spolverizzarle of icing sugar.

- 200 g of rice
- 500 g of apples renette
- 150 g of milk
- 70 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
